From the North:
Take Freeway 5 South, exit at Leucadia Blvd. Go East (turn Left) onto Leucadia Blvd. Turn Right onto El Camino Real. On the Left just past the intersection of El Camino Real and Garden View, turn Left into the driveway at 477 N. El Camino Real. Proceed to the office under the urgent care sign on the ground level.

From the South:
Take Freeway 5 North, exit at Encinitas Blvd. Go East (turn Right) onto Encinitas Blvd. Turn Left onto El Camino Real, then Right into the driveway at 477 N. El Camino Real.
